  • Your conversations are processed in real-time and not saved to any database.
  • No personally identifiable information (PII) is required or stored.

  • Withdraw anytime: You can stop using CoA-Agent at any time by simply closing the chat.
  • No data retention: Since we don't store conversation history, there is no data to delete.
  • No profiling: We do not build user profiles or use your data for any purpose other than improving our support response in real-time.
  • 隨時退出：您只需關閉聊天即可隨時停止使用 CoA-Agent。
  • 不留存數據：由於我們不儲存對話紀錄，因此無需刪除任何數據。
  • 不進行用戶畫像：我們不會建立用戶檔案，亦不會將您的數據用於即時支持以外的任何用途。
